Before getting started, it is important to get familiar with the documentation required for a successful onboarding and integration process. Included in this guide are API documentation for the following APIs:

• Platform API: we provide an open platform that allows integration with any 3rd party vendors, partners, and app developers.

• Webhooks API: our hooks allow you to set up integrations that subscribe to certain events in the system. When one of those events is triggered, we’ll send an HTTP POST payload to the hook’s configured URL.

• Partners API: we provide programmatic access to create, manage, and control your clients' information using simple, powerful, and secure APIs. To use this document, you should have a basic familiarity with software development, Web services, and our user interface.

• SDK for Widgets and Website Integration: our Client Portal offers a wealth of engagement tools to drive more business and deliver amazing customer service through your website. The SDK offers you complete freedom in designing and customizing the Client Portal actions to suit your needs.

• Custom CSS for widgets: CSS is made up of many rules, selectors and declarations. Basically, CSS targets an element and then tells it what color it should be, where it should be, and how big it should be

• Sample Applications: As part of the application development you are going to have to implement the OAuth 2.0 or OpenID Connect flows so that your app can get an access token for a specific business that would allow you to make API calls on behalf of that business.
